About the game
Caesar's Empire is a light network-building game where players lay roads to connect Rome to new cities across the map. Each city you reach grants a token and a treasure, both worth points at game's end, while every completed road segment scores immediately. Because routes can be shared and extended by rival players, a bit of friendly collaboration, and rivalry, is baked right in. The game ends once every city is connected, making for a brisk, approachable session.
Hobbli's Notes
Caesar's Empire keeps its core idea admirably simple: build roads, grab treasure, score points. It's an easy teach that still leaves room for some clever routing decisions, especially when you piggyback on an opponent's road. We'd point new gamers here before jumping into denser route-building titles.

- Quick 60-minute playtime.
- Satisfying treasure set collection.

Keep in mind
- Limited depth for experienced strategy gamers.
- Shared roads can let opponents benefit from your work.
