About the game

Monza is a colorful car racing game designed for young children, where players roll six dice, each showing six different colors, to move their cars along a three-lane track. On your turn you compare the colors rolled to the colors of the squares ahead of your car, moving forward for every match and setting aside dice as you go. Landing on another player's car bumps it back to the next open space in its lane, adding a competitive edge to the race. It's a simple game of color recognition and light tactical choices, suitable even for very young children with adult help.

Hobbli's Notes

This is a cheerful, uncomplicated dice-rolling race that does exactly what it sets out to do for a young audience: teach color recognition while delivering genuine racing excitement. The chance to bump opponents' cars back adds just enough interaction to keep kids invested. It's not built for adults seeking depth, but as a first racing game for the family it's a reliable, quick pick.
