Orichalcum is a tense, fast-paced strategy game that plays like a compact 4X experience. Each player develops their own island board, choosing one exploration tile and one action each turn: recruiting hoplites, producing legendary orichalcum metal, constructing powerful buildings, or clearing monsters that block development. Majestic temples, forged orichalcum tokens, and the favor of mythological titans all open paths to victory, with the first player to reach 5 victory points while clearing their island of monsters winning outright. It packs exploration, building, and combat into a snappy, greek-mythology-themed package.
