We love that Clash of Cultures compresses the classic civilization experience into a single sitting (albeit a long one) without losing its sense of epic scope. The Monumental Edition's miniatures and bundled expansions make it an outstanding value for civ-game fans, though it demands a serious time and rules commitment from the whole table.
