About the game
Mechs vs. Minions is a fully cooperative campaign game set in the League of Legends universe, where players pilot mechs as Yordle heroes Corki, Tristana, Heimerdinger, and Ziggs against waves of minions. Players program their mechs' actions in advance using a unique command-line system, creating tense and often chaotic execution phases. Ten story-driven missions unfold across modular boards with high-quality miniatures and components. It's designed as a standalone box requiring no expansions.
Hobbli's Notes
The production value here is off the charts for a board game, and the programmed-movement puzzle leads to genuinely hilarious moments when plans go wrong. It's a fantastic one-time campaign experience for a regular group.
