About the game

Aeon's End is a cooperative deckbuilding game where players defend the last refuge of humanity, Gravehold, from monstrous threats known as the Nameless. Unlike most deckbuilders, players know the order of their own deck but face a variable, chaotic turn order and discard rather than shuffle their deck, forcing careful planning of when to use resources. Each breach mage has unique abilities and powerful spells to unlock over the course of the game. It's a tense, strategic cooperative experience with an unusual deckbuilding twist.

Hobbli's Notes

Aeon's End stands out among cooperative deckbuilders for its clever variable turn order and deck management, which force real tactical foresight instead of just shuffling luck away. The asymmetric player powers add great replay variety, and the game scales nicely from solo to four players. It's a satisfying, brain-burny co-op that rewards careful sequencing over brute force.
