About the game

Dice Town has players rolling and re-rolling poker dice to control key Wild West locations, the gold mine, bank, saloon, and more, each granting a different bonus action. Every round, all five dice are gradually locked in (paying extra to keep more than one), then compared against the other players' rolls to see who claims each spot. Cards, nuggets, and cash accumulate as players jockey for the best poker hand and the coveted sheriff title. A quick, luck-driven set-collection race for control of the town.

Hobbli's Notes

Hobbli's team enjoys Dice Town for its snappy pacing and the fun push-your-luck tension of deciding which dice to keep. Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc pack in plenty of catch-up mechanisms so it rarely feels like a runaway leader problem. It's a great light-to-medium dice game for groups who enjoy a Wild West flavor with some spice from special cards.
