About the game

My Shelfie has players decorating a personal 3D bookshelf display with items pulled from a shared living-room board. On your turn, you take 1 to 3 adjacent tiles that are free on at least one side, then place them into a single column of your shelf, aiming to match personal goal cards and shared pattern goals for points. Grouping matching item types together earns bonus points, and the first player to fill their shelf triggers the final round. It's a light, visually charming pattern-building and set-collection game.

Hobbli's Notes

The physical 3D bookshelf component is a lovely touch that elevates what is otherwise a fairly classic tile-drafting formula. It's approachable enough for a family audience while still offering enough goal-chasing tension for regular gamers.

What we like

  • Charming bookshelf theme with a fun 3D display component.
  • Simple tile-drafting rules easy for the whole family to learn.
  • Mix of personal and common goals adds meaningful variety.
  • Quick 30-minute playtime suits casual game nights.

Keep in mind

  • Player interaction is limited mostly to competing for the same tiles.
  • Relatively low complexity may not satisfy heavier strategy gamers.
  • Games can feel similar to one another across sessions.

Who it's for

Great for families and casual gamers aged 8 and up, in groups of 2 to 4.
