About the game
In this post-apocalyptic civilization game, players rebuild a polluted world by planting forests, founding villages and temples, and sending wind riders out to explore. A clever card-drafting system means the effect of the card you play depends on what your neighbors' hidden cards reveal, creating constant tactical surprises. Objectives unlock guides' special powers as your tribe grows, and the game ends once someone raises their fifth village. Vincent Dutrait's lush art brings this hopeful rebuilding theme vividly to life.
Hobbli's Notes
Hobbli's team is drawn to the neighbor-scope card mechanism here: it's a rare twist that makes you watch the whole table, not just your own tableau. The eco-rebuilding theme feels timely and the numerous scoring paths (pollution, forests, temples, objectives) give real strategic depth. It runs a bit long for its complexity, but fans of tight euro-style drafting will find plenty to love.
