About the game

Dragomino introduces young players to the world of dragon training by drafting double-sided domino tiles to build a personal landscape. When a newly placed tile matches an adjacent landscape type, players draw an egg tile, which might reveal a valuable baby dragon or an empty shell. The player holding the mommy dragon token chooses tiles first each round, adding a light strategic hook to simple placement decisions. Designed as a kid-friendly take on Kingdomino, the game wraps up after seven quick rounds.

Hobbli's Notes

Dragomino is a wonderful entry point for young gamers, simplifying Kingdomino's tile-drafting formula into something even younger kids can grasp instantly. The dragon egg reveal adds just enough delight and surprise to keep children engaged round after round. Playtime is short enough to fit easily into a family game night without losing little ones' attention. A charming, well-designed introduction to modern board gaming.
