About the game

Dizzle is a light dice-drafting game where players collect dice to fill in their scorecards. Each round, you draft dice from a shared pool, but every new die you take must match the value or color of ones you've already collected. Once your card is filled, you score it and move on to a new target. It's a quick, tension-filled push over who can grab the right dice before someone else snatches them.

Hobbli's Notes

Dizzle is an easy-to-teach dice game that hits above its weight for simple fun. The scorecard variety keeps rounds feeling fresh, and the drafting tension of racing for that last matching die is surprisingly gripping for such a short game. It plays fast enough for a quick filler but has enough push-your-luck decision-making to keep gamers engaged too.

What we like

  • Fast setup and quick 30-minute playtime.
  • Simple rules make it easy to teach new players.
  • Solo mode extends its usefulness beyond group play.
  • Dice drafting keeps every round tense and interactive.

Keep in mind

  • Limited strategic depth for veteran gamers.
  • Luck of the dice pool can outweigh planning.
  • Scorecards may feel repetitive over many plays.
