About the game

Sleeping Gods is a sprawling campaign adventure game in which a shipwrecked crew explores a mysterious world in search of ancient totems that can send them home. Playing out like an atlas-driven storybook, the game unfolds across map pages, narrative event cards, and push-your-luck challenge resolution as players sail, trade, and battle their way through exotic locations. Sessions can be as short or long as desired, with progress tracked on a journey log so groups can pick up exactly where they left off. It's a cooperative exploration and storytelling game for 1-4 players built around a vast, open-ended campaign.

Hobbli's Notes

Sleeping Gods is beloved for its sense of open discovery: the atlas structure and narrative choices make every campaign feel like a personal storybook rather than a fixed script. Its flexible session length and easy player swapping make it unusually accommodating for groups with inconsistent schedules.
