About the game
Specter Ops is a hidden-movement stealth game in which one player secretly guides a covert agent through a Raxxon facility to complete mission objectives, tracking their route on a private map. The remaining players control genetically modified Hunters, using scanners, flash grenades, and technology to locate and capture the infiltrator before they escape.
Hobbli's Notes
A tense, well-executed hidden-movement game reminiscent of Scotland Yard with a modern sci-fi coat of paint. The asymmetric team dynamic keeps hunters and hunted equally engaged.
What we like
- Tense hidden-movement deduction gameplay.
- Asymmetric team-based design.
- Strong sci-fi stealth theme.
- Variable player powers add replayability.
Keep in mind
- The hidden player can feel isolated during tracking.
- Requires careful private map management.
- 120-minute playtime is a real commitment.
Who it's for
