About the game

Wiz-War is a classic light-hearted dungeon crawl where players take on the role of wizards battling for treasure in a shifting maze. A central deck of spell cards lets you cast attacks, boost your movement, or hinder rivals as you scramble through the modular board. Each turn you can move several spaces and unleash whatever tricks your hand allows, always angling to sneak into an opponent's territory and grab their loot. The first wizard to bring home two stolen treasures, or eliminate all rivals, wins.

Hobbli's Notes

A beer-and-pretzels classic that's been delighting chaotic-fun fans since the 1980s. The modular maze and unpredictable spellcasting keep every game different, even if the production feels dated compared to modern skirmish games.
