About the game
Middle Ages puts you at the head of a medieval fiefdom, developing lands through eight distinct tile types, fields, farms, villages, forts, markets, barracks, churches, and palaces, each with its own scoring system linked to the others. You'll draft and place tiles on an ever-changing modular board, weighing daring assaults on rivals against building your own economic engine. Designed by Marc André, the richest lord after sixteen rounds wins. It's a fast-playing tile-drafting Eurogame with real combo potential.
Hobbli's Notes
Hobbli's editors like how much interlocking combo depth is packed into a 30-minute playtime: the eight tile types create genuinely different paths to victory. A solid pick for groups wanting Euro strategy without a long commitment.
