About the game

Terrorscape is an asymmetric horror game for 2 to 4 players, pitting one Killer against a group of Survivors trapped in a haunted mansion on a stormy night. Survivors must find keys or repair a radio to escape, all while managing fear, avoiding noise, and searching for useful items in the shadows. Every move risks revealing a Survivor's position, while the Killer tracks sound, blocks pathways, and unleashes unique abilities to hunt them down. With asymmetric characters and abilities on both sides, each match plays out differently depending on who's hunting whom. Designed to play in 30 to 45 minutes, it delivers a fast, cinematic horror experience at the table.

Hobbli's Notes

Terrorscape captures that slasher-movie tension well, with the noise-and-hidden-movement systems doing a lot of work to keep Survivors genuinely nervous. The asymmetric character abilities give both sides real agency rather than making the Killer feel like a simple obstacle. As a newer, more niche horror title, we haven't seen it played across a huge range of groups yet, so balance across different character combinations is still something to watch. Recommended for horror fans looking for a quick, tense hidden-movement game.

What we like

  • Tense asymmetric Killer-versus-Survivors gameplay.
  • Hidden movement creates constant paranoia.
  • Quick 30-45 minute playtime.
  • Unique characters and abilities add variety.

Keep in mind

  • Killer role balance may vary by group skill level.
  • Elimination-style tension can feel stressful for some players.
  • Niche horror theme won't appeal to every group.

Who it's for

Best for horror fans ages 14+ in groups of 2 to 4 who enjoy tense, asymmetric hidden-movement games.
