About the game

Radlands is a lean, tactical two-player card duel set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Each player leads a group of survivors defending three camps, spending water to play people and events, activate abilities, or launch attacks against the opponent's camps. Losing all three camps means defeat, so every water token spent is a careful balance between building your engine and going on the offensive.

Hobbli's Notes

Radlands is one of the sharpest head-to-head card games in recent years, packing enormous tactical depth into a small box and a 40-minute playtime. The card synergies and bluffing around hidden information make every match feel tense right to the end.

What we like

  • Tight tactical duel with meaningful choices every single turn.
  • Fast setup and a playtime of around 40 minutes.
  • Strong asymmetric camp abilities create build variety.
  • Excellent card synergies and production quality.

Keep in mind

  • Strictly limited to two players.
  • Aggressive attacks can feel harsh for newer players.
  • Patterns and strategies may emerge after many repeated plays.

Who it's for

Great for two-player card game fans ages 12 and up who want fast, tactical duels with a high skill ceiling.
