About the game
Heaven & Ale casts players as monastery brewmasters competing to craft the finest beer under the sun. Success depends on carefully timing your position on a shared rondel, balancing the cultivation of your cloister's garden against harvesting the resources needed to fill your barrels. Refining barrels of beer for value while managing the rondel's movement creates a tight puzzle of resource optimization. Designed by Michael Kiesling and Andreas Schmidt, it rewards players who can keep a cool head under harsh competition. It plays with 2 to 4 players in about 90 minutes.
