About the game
Zombicide: Green Horde transports the cooperative zombie-survival series into a medieval fantasy world overrun by infected orcs and goblins. Up to six players take on Survivors battling Walkers, Runners, and Abominations while gearing up with medieval weapons and spells scavenged along the way. The new Horde mechanic builds a growing mob of zombie orcs that erupts onto the board when the right card is drawn, forcing tense tactical retreats. Ten challenging quests, modular map tiles, and escalating difficulty as Survivors grow more skilled keep the action fresh. It integrates with other entries in the Zombicide: Black Plague fantasy line.
Hobbli's Notes
Green Horde keeps everything that makes Zombicide addictive, cooperative tension, satisfying skill growth, and modular scenarios, while the Horde mechanic adds a genuinely scary new threat. It's a great pick for groups who already love miniature-heavy co-op combat. Just expect a fair amount of table space and setup time.
What we like
- Thrilling cooperative survival against escalating zombie orc hordes.
- Huge replayability across ten scenarios and modular maps.
- Satisfying character skill progression as Survivors level up.
- Flexible player count from solo up to six.
Keep in mind
- Can become repetitive across many scenario sessions.
- Miniature-heavy setup takes real table space and time.
- Difficulty can swing unpredictably based on card draws.
Who it's for
Cooperative miniature-combat fans aged 14 and up, great for groups of 2-6 who enjoy tactical zombie-survival scenarios.
