About the game

DC Comics Dice Masters: Justice League is a two-player collectible dice-building game where players assemble teams of DC heroes and villains - Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, Zatanna, Martian Manhunter, and more - represented as customizable dice. Rolling determines available resources each turn, which you spend to buy new character dice, field your team, and attack your opponent's warlord. Because multiple cards exist for each die, players can specialize their team composition to fit their preferred strategy. As a starter set, it's a complete standalone game that also expands into the wider Dice Masters collectible ecosystem.

Hobbli's Notes

A fun, accessible entry point into the Dice Masters system for Justice League fans. The dice-building resource engine gives it more strategic bite than its quick playtime suggests. Just be aware that getting the most out of it long-term means investing in the wider collectible line.

What we like

  • Recognizable Justice League characters add strong thematic appeal.
  • Deck/dice-building resource system offers meaningful strategic customization.
  • Complete standalone starter set requires no prior collection.
  • Quick, tactical two-player battles fit a 60-minute session.

Keep in mind

  • Collectible model means expanding your collection requires buying more product.
  • Strictly two-player, limiting group play.
  • Dice-based resource generation adds a luck element some strategy gamers may dislike.

Who it's for

Great for two-player fans of superhero themes and collectible dice-building games who enjoy deckbuilding-style resource management with combat.
