About the game
Basari is a quick negotiation game where gemstone merchants race around a marketplace track, collecting and trading gems to build the most valuable collection. Each round, players simultaneously roll dice to move, then secretly choose one of three actions: gather gems from the market, bank points directly, or roll again for extra movement and points. When two players choose the same action, they must haggle over gems until one accepts the other's offer; if three or four choose it, the action is cancelled entirely. Majority holdings in each gem color and completing laps earn bonus points, with the highest score after three rounds taking the win.
