About the game

Tenby invites you to build the best version of this picturesque Welsh seaside town by drafting and placing cards that add terraces, piers, and landmarks to your streets. Each round unfolds across Day, Night, and Cleanup phases, where Night cards determine draft order for Day cards, and Day cards in turn set both your action order and next round's Night order. Persuading local residents to help nets bonus points, and after ten rounds the player with the most points wins. It's a charming, tightly structured card-drafting and pattern-building game for 1-5 players.

Hobbli's Notes

Hobbli's team likes how Tenby's intertwined Day/Night card system creates a satisfying puzzle of turn-order manipulation layered on top of straightforward pattern-building. The seaside town theme is wonderfully evocative without adding rules weight, and the solo mode makes it flexible for any group size. Ten tightly paced rounds keep the game from overstaying its welcome. A cozy, thoughtful drafting game worth a look for euro-game fans.
