About the game
In The Witcher: Old World, two to five players take on the role of monster-slaying witchers, building unique decks of attacks, dodges, and signature signs as they travel a vast map of the Continent. Along the way you'll resolve quests, fight monsters, and occasionally brawl with rival witchers to defend your school's honor. The first player to collect enough trophies wins instantly, keeping the pacing tight despite the rich world-building. A dedicated solo mode lets you explore the Continent alone.
Hobbli's Notes
Hobbli's team appreciates how faithfully this captures The Witcher's atmosphere while layering in genuinely satisfying deckbuilding and dice-based combat. It's a substantial commitment at two and a half hours, but Witcher fans and deckbuilding enthusiasts will find plenty to sink their teeth into.
