About the game

Tiny Epic Zombies packs survival horror into a small box with five distinct play modes, from cooperative team play against game-controlled zombies to full competitive free-for-all. Survivors run the halls of Echo Ridge Mall, gathering weapons and completing objectives while zombies flood in from every search. One player (or the game itself) controls the horde, trying to overwhelm survivors before they finish three objectives. It's fast, portable, and playable solo, cooperatively, or head-to-head.

Hobbli's Notes

Hobbli's editors love how much variety is packed into a tiny box: five play modes genuinely change how the game feels. It's a tense, replayable zombie survival experience that travels well.

What we like

  • Five distinct play modes offer huge variety from one box.
  • Compact, portable design with strong replay value.
  • Tense push-your-luck combat against an ever-growing horde.
  • Playable solo, cooperatively, or as a competitive duel.

Keep in mind

  • Variable player powers can create noticeable balance swings.
  • Small components can be fiddly to track during play.
  • Narrative depth is thin beyond the core survive-and-complete loop.
