About the game
Flip Ships is a cooperative dexterity game where players flick cardboard fighter ships to take down waves of enemies threatening their planet, before facing down a powerful mothership. Everyone works together, flipping their ships to knock over encroaching foes and racing against the mothership's escalating assault. Variable ship powers give each player a distinct role in the defense. It's fast, physical, and fully cooperative, with no player elimination along the way.
Hobbli's Notes
Hobbli's team finds Flip Ships to be a delightfully frantic dexterity co-op that's easy to teach and genuinely satisfying to flick. It's an excellent pick for families with kids who like tactile games, and the cooperative structure means everyone stays engaged throughout. Dexterity skill can create some imbalance between players, but the chaos is part of the fun.
