About the game
Catapult Feud is a dexterity-driven battle game for 2 players who build castles, load catapults, and fire boulders to knock down each other's troops. Players choose between two rival families, fortify their side with plastic bricks, then aim and fire in a series of tactical turn phases: Tactics, Aim, Fire, and Cleanup. The last family with a standing troop wins the battle. It's a physical, construction-and-destruction game aimed at younger players and families.
Hobbli's Notes
Hobbli's team finds Catapult Feud to be a fun, energetic dexterity duel that turns tabletop battles into a hands-on physical challenge. The build-then-destroy loop has broad appeal, especially for kids who love knocking things down. It's simple enough for young players but still offers tactical choices in castle design and aiming.
What we like
- Fun physical build-and-destroy gameplay appeals to kids.
- Quick 30-minute playtime with simple turn structure.
- Tactical castle design adds a light strategic layer.
- Durable, tactile components make it satisfying to play.
Keep in mind
- Strictly two-player, limiting larger group play.
- Physical dexterity element may not suit all players or spaces.
- Limited long-term strategic depth for older gamers.
Who it's for
Great for ages 7+ playing head-to-head, especially families with kids who enjoy dexterity and construction/destruction games.
