About the game
Fantastic Factories is a dice-worker-placement race to build the most efficient set of factories in the shortest time. Each round splits into a market phase, where players acquire blueprints or hire contractors, and a work phase, where everyone simultaneously rolls dice and uses them as workers to run their factories. Careful sequencing matters enormously, since factories chain together to create powerful combos, and training facilities let you manipulate your dice values. The game ends once a player manufactures 12 goods or builds 10 buildings, rewarding efficient engine-building over raw luck.
Hobbli's Notes
Fantastic Factories offers a satisfying puzzle of sequencing and engine-building that rewards clever combos over sheer luck, even with dice at its core. The simultaneous work phase keeps downtime low, which is a real strength for a game with this much strategic depth. With a large pool of blueprints and an active solo puzzle community, it has strong replay value for engine-building fans.

- Strong solo mode with an active puzzle community.
- Multiple viable strategies for building a factory engine.
Keep in mind
- Dice-based worker values introduce some randomness.
