About the game

Airlines Europe is a stock-holding game in which players invest in competing European airlines, expanding routes and earning stock as they build value across the continent. On each turn a player expands an airline network, plays stock for dividends, invests in the special Air ABACUS airline, or takes money, all building toward periodic scorings that reward players holding the most valuable stock. Designed by Alan R. Moon as a refined successor to Airlines and Union Pacific, it's a classic economic stock game with a streamlined, accessible ruleset.

Hobbli's Notes

Hobbli's team appreciates how Airlines Europe distills decades of stock-game design into a tight, tension-filled experience where timing your scoring rounds is everything. It's a great pick for fans of route-building and investment games who want something a bit lighter than heavier economic titles. The tug-of-war over airline value keeps every turn meaningful.
