About the game

Harvest welcomes players to Furroughfield, the Commonwealth of Free Beasts, where each farmer has a unique talent and a farmhouse with its own round-to-round benefit. Every round, players draft sunrise cards for income and turn order, then move wheelbarrows to gather resources, plant seeds, tend fields, and harvest crops. Clearing land and constructing buildings adds efficiency and endgame bonuses. The farmer with the most points at the end of the season wins.

Hobbli's Notes

A charming, well-crafted farming game with satisfying asymmetric farmer powers and a smart card-drafting turn order twist. As a newer release it hasn't built a long track record yet, but the design feels solid and inviting.

What we like

  • Unique farmer and farmhouse combinations add asymmetric strategy.
  • Sunrise card drafting for turn order is a clever, tension-filled twist.
  • Moderate complexity keeps it approachable without feeling shallow.
  • Charming farming theme with satisfying resource-to-points loop.

Keep in mind

  • Worker and wheelbarrow movement can create blocking frustration.
  • As a newer title, it lacks a long-term track record.
  • Downtime is possible when playing with a full four-player table.

Who it's for

Fans of worker-placement farming games, ages 10 and up, best with 1-4 players.
