About the game
Trio is a quick, sociable memory game where players race to collect three-of-a-kind sets from a shared deck of cards numbered 1-12. On your turn, reveal two cards, from any player's sorted hand or the face-down table, and if they match, keep going; if not, your turn ends. Collect the special sevens, or two sets that add to seven, for an instant win, making for a light and fast-paced memory challenge for the whole table.
Hobbli's Notes
Hobbli's team finds Trio to be a charming, ultra-light memory game that's perfect for quick filler sessions or introducing younger or casual players to tabletop gaming. Its short 15-minute playtime and simple rules make it endlessly repeatable. It won't satisfy strategy gamers, but as a quick social memory challenge it delivers exactly what it promises.
