About the game
Planet is a tile-drafting game where each player shapes their own world from a bare planetary core. Every turn, players choose a terrain tile, mountains, ice, forest, desert, or water, and place it onto their growing planet, aiming to create the right environments for various animal species to appear. Whoever best satisfies the conditions for a given animal claims its card, and the player with the most valuable, densely populated planet wins. Its striking spherical components make it as much a tactile centerpiece as a strategy game.
Hobbli's Notes
A charming, gentle strategy game with a genuinely delightful physical centerpiece: building your own little globe is satisfying on its own. Great for introducing newer gamers to tile-drafting and set-collection concepts.
