About the game
Razzia! reimplements Reiner Knizia's classic Ra as a mafia-themed card game, dropping the catastrophe mechanic in favor of a streamlined auction. Players flip booty cards - cars, jewels, nightclubs - into a shared lot, then bid using limited cheques once the lot looks tempting enough or a policeman card appears. When all cheques are spent or enough police arrive, the round ends and players score their haul, with some goods scoring immediately and others carrying over. Three rounds later, the highest total score wins this quick set-collection auction game.
Hobbli's Notes
Razzia! is a great gateway into Reiner Knizia's auction design sensibilities, streamlined from the original Ra into a snappier, more accessible package. We appreciate how quickly new players pick up the bidding tension. A dependable choice when you want smart, fast set-collection play.

- Mafia theme adds flavorful re-skin to a proven auction system.
- Scoring across three distinct rounds keeps strategy evolving throughout.
Keep in mind
- Removal of the original catastrophe mechanic may disappoint Ra purists.
- Auction-heavy gameplay can create some downtime waiting for others' bids.
- Light strategic depth compared to heavier euro games.
