About the game
Century: A New World, the third and final entry in the Century trilogy, transports players to the Americas at the dawn of the 16th century. Exploring the wilderness, trading with local inhabitants, and gathering resources, players combine the series' beloved resource-trading mechanisms with a worker-placement twist. Contracts and variable setups keep each session fresh, and the game can be mixed with Century: Spice Road or Century: Eastern Wonders for entirely new combined experiences. It's a quick, accessible engine-building game for 2-4 players.
Hobbli's Notes
A satisfying evolution of the Century formula, adding worker placement to the resource-trading engine that made the series popular. It plays quickly and the ability to combine it with other Century titles gives it excellent long-term value for a collection, even if it can feel like a variation on a familiar theme for series veterans.
