About the game

Sardegna sends players to the 14th-century Kingdom of Sardegna, where rival nobles vie for influence across sixteen provinces. Using a shared set of character cards, players deploy ships, build towns and towers, and settle villagers to sway influence in shifting scoring locations. Only the next two scoring locations are known at a time, forcing constant tactical adjustment. It's a tense area-influence game where timing and preparation matter as much as raw resources.

Hobbli's Notes

Sardegna rewards players who can read the shifting scoring locations and pivot their plans accordingly: the identical character card sets keep things fair while still leaving plenty of room for clever plays. It has a satisfying medieval island theme and enough unpredictability to stay tense until the final round.
