About the game

The Adventures of Robin Hood is a cooperative storytelling game where players guide Robin Hood and his companions through campaign-style adventures set against Prince John's tyranny in medieval Nottinghamshire. A "living" game board evolves and remembers past exploration as the story unfolds, using an innovative movement system built from variable-length wooden pieces instead of traditional cards. The tale is told through a beautifully illustrated hardcover book whose narrative branches based on player choices. It's an immersive, story-driven cooperative adventure from designer Michael Menzel.

Hobbli's Notes

Hobbli's team loves how this game captures the feel of a living storybook - the board's memory of past choices and the branching narrative in the accompanying book make each campaign feel personal. Coming from the designer of Legends of Andor, it inherits that game's knack for immersive, approachable cooperative storytelling. Setup is refreshingly fast thanks to the clever board materials. It's an easy recommend for families wanting a cooperative adventure with real narrative weight.
